Weinstein Forms Faith Based Film Lable |

Partnering with Impact Entertainment, The Weinstein Co. follows in the footsteps of Fox Faith, Marty Bowen and Adam Krentzman (Anonymous Content) in faith-based film projects. The first two theatrical projects to go on the label are "The Penny," by radio and TV host Joyce Meyer and Deborah Bedford, and "The Christmas Candle," by Max Lucado with the goal of releasing six titles per year.

"Meridian" a new Indian film examines the ancient philosophical concept of karma through the lives of eight characters who remember the sins of their past life and reconcile to the suffering in their new birth.
